Qualifications Required

Grade 4-9 or equivalent in Maths and English or willing to work towards them.

Skills Required

• Working in a team and on your own initiative • Communication skills including telephone techniques • IT skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel .

Future Prospects

This apprenticeship may lead to a permanent position within the department where their performance was strongest; providing the individual completes the apprenticeship to a high standard and has shown that they can work as part of a team, adhering to the company's processes, procedures and terms and conditions.
