
We offer counselling and well-being support to all of our students whatever your background or situation, whether you are on a full-time, part-time or apprenticeship programme.
Our Counselling Service currently supports students by offering online and phone counselling, as well as face-to-face support. If you would like to contact us, please email listen@hull-college.ac.uk or text 07860 023367 and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Downloads, Apps, videos and information on a range of issues including anxiety, sleep difficulties, anger and stress.
Headspace offer informative animations on Youtube to support you with anxiety, troubling thoughts and stress. They also have an app supporting you to use mindfulness techniques.
Young minds offer information about mental health in general, including tips for self-care, bullying and what to do in a crisis.
Kooth is a free, anonymous and safe counselling and support service available to all young people (aged 11-25) across Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Fully trained and qualified counsellors and emotional wellbeing practitioners are available until 10pm each night, 365 days a year.
The Warren Youth Project
The Warren Youth Project provides vital support services to young people in Hull. The Warren team offers free support, guidance, training, education, counselling, employability skills/training, and creative expression activities and services to young people aged 14-25yrs (29yrs by appointment in the case of employability support).
Targeted Youth Support (TYS) (Hull)

Hull & East Yorkshire Mind has extensive experience in providing mental health services for people in Hull and East Yorkshire. MIND can offer counselling as well as help and support around mental health problems, where to get help near you, treatment options and advocacy services.
