Qualifications Required

• GCSE maths and English Grade C/4 (or equivalent)

Skills Required

• A background in customer service and hospitality, ideally at Supervisor or Restaurant server level • Experience in managing people and motivating a team (Desired) • An appetite for problem solving, forward planning and working at pace • Ability to lead a diverse team of people to deliver amazing experiences • Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety procedures

Personal Qualities

• A genuine passion for providing memorable experiences • Be willing to learn, develop and improve own skills, whilst having the ability to progress and engage others • Be fun-loving, have a great character and enjoy the culture that our industry offers

Future Prospects

The roles include working evenings and weekends on a rota basis. We have vacancies available for these apprenticeships at the following locations: • Willerby • Bilton • Kingswood • Cleethorpes
