Entry Requirements: A suitable L5 qualification in a subject specific course, such as a HND or a Foundation Degree. The IELTS Score for all entrants is 6.5 Modules: Environmental Construction (20 credits) Strategic Project Management (20 credits) Management and Organisation in Construction (20 credits) Risk Management (20 credits) Dissertation (40 credits) Assessment: Takes on a variety of formats such as Laboratory Reports, written assessments, presentations and strategic reports. Fees: £5000 for the first year of study (80 credits studied), £2500 for the next section of the programme when completing the Dissertation (40 credits). Contact Hours: The PT programme is six hours of contact time per week, you are also expected to complete self-directed study on a weekly basis to extend your subject knowledge.
