Overview: The BSc (Hons) Construction Management is for people interested in the building industry of the future. With environmental concerns and sustainability issues just part of the rapidly evolving construction sector. Entry Requirements: A suitable L5 qualification in a subject specific course, such as a HND or a Foundation Degree.
The IELTS Score for all entrants is 6.5
Modules: Environmental Construction (20 credits)
Strategic Project Management (20 credits)
Management and Organisation in Construction (20 credits)
Risk Management (20 credits)
Dissertation (40 credits)
Assessment: Takes on a variety of formats such as Laboratory Reports, written assessments, presentations and strategic reports.
Fees: £5000 for the first year of study (80 credits studied), £2500 for the next section of the programme when completing the Dissertation (40 credits).
Contact Hours: The PT programme is six hours of contact time per week, you are also expected to complete self-directed study on a weekly basis to extend your subject knowledge.
