Parents Welcome Event A Huge Success

Our first Parent Welcome Event of the year took place in the HU1 Riverside Theatre and Bistro on Thursday evening.

Hosted by Lowell Williams (Interim Principal & CEO) and Lynette Leith (Vice Principal Curriculum), this was a great opportunity for parents to meet with college staff and discover more information about the college support services, study programmes, and the current and future progression opportunities for all of our students.

Uniformed Protective Services student Sunny-Mae Fellows spoke passionately to the audience about her time at the college to-date and how the incredible support she has received has enabled her to be successful with her studies when she was initially unclear of her future career aspirations.

Following the presentations and speeches, all in attendance were then given the opportunity to meet with Heads of Institutes for an informal discussion about life at Hull College.
